    Perguntas frequentes

    1. How much weight can a carbon fiber cross beam reduce?

Our general positioning is more than 40% weight reduction compared with conventional metal beams. Actual results depend on the original beam and final CFRP design. Individual customer projects have achieved reductions above 64% e 76%.

    2. Can the beam support 6G acceleration?

The CFB-A17395-S2 reference configuration has supported a qualified 6G application. This does not mean every beam is automatically rated for 6G. Beam length, carga útil, connections and the complete machine must be evaluated.

    3. What straightness can you achieve?

Qualified beam designs can achieve straightness down to 0.01 mm/m. The achievable value depends on length, mounting surfaces and inspection requirements.

    4. What is the maximum available length?

Selected 4.5-meter specifications are available, and production lengths above 7.5 meters can be evaluated for volume projects.

    5. Can you machine linear-guide mounting surfaces?

Sim. Surface machining, guide holes, positioning holes and insert installation can be discussed. Required flatness, straightness and parallelism must be stated on the drawing.

    6. Can you replace our current aluminum or steel beam?

Send us the current drawing, material, weight and working conditions. We will review the technical feasibility and potential machine-level benefits.
