Key Features
- High tensile strength and durability
- Excellent drapability and easy layup
- Compatible with multiple resin systems
- Uniform fiber distribution and stable quality
- Suitable for hand layup, vacuum infusion, and molding
Jacquard Carbon Fiber Fabric
Jacquard carbon fiber fabric is woven with a controlled pattern instead of a standard plain or twill structure. By changing how the warp and weft yarns cross, the fabric can form honeycomb, diamond, cube, chevron, and other visual patterns.
These patterns are woven into the material. They are not printed on the surface. After resin infusion and curing, the pattern becomes more visible through directional light and surface reflections.
ANT Carbon Fiber supplies jacquard carbon fiber cloth for decorative composite parts, automotive interiors, sports equipment, consumer products, furniture, and custom industrial components.

Ant Carbon Fiber supplies carbon fiber fabric in a variety of weave patterns and constructions, including 2×2 twill, plain weave, unidirectional and multiaxial fabrics. Different fiber tow sizes, fabric weights, roll widths and surface appearances are available to support different manufacturing processes and performance requirements.
Carbon Fiber Fabric Types
2×2 Twill Carbon Fiber Fabric
Twill weave offers the recognizable diagonal carbon fiber pattern and good drapability, making it suitable for curved parts, visible surfaces and complex composite molds.
Plain Weave Carbon Fiber Fabric
Plain weave provides a stable and balanced fabric structure with relatively low fiber movement. It is commonly used for flat panels, structural components and general composite reinforcement.
Unidirectional Carbon Fiber Fabric
Unidirectional fabric aligns most fibers in one direction, allowing engineers to increase strength and stiffness along a specific load path.
Multiaxial Carbon Fiber Fabric
Biaxial and multiaxial fabrics combine fibers in multiple directions to improve load distribution and reduce the need for repeated manual fabric orientation.
Applications of Carbon Fiber Cloth
Our carbon fiber cloth can be used for UAV and drone components, automotive parts, sporting equipment, marine structures, robotics, industrial reinforcement and custom composite products. It is suitable for hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, resin infusion and other composite manufacturing processes.
For suitable product recommendations, please provide the required weave pattern, fiber tow size, fabric weight, width, roll length, resin process and order quantity. Our team can help select the right carbon fiber fabric for your application.
