Custom Carbon Fiber LED Display Frame
Our custom carbon fiber LED display frames provide a lightweight and rigid structural solution for modular LED cabinets.
Compared with conventional metal structures, a properly designed carbon fiber frame can reduce cabinet weight while maintaining the stiffness required for accurate screen alignment. Lower structural weight can help reduce transportation costs, truss loads, and installation effort.
Each frame can be developed around the customer’s LED module arrangement, cabinet dimensions, locking system, mounting points, and service requirements. (Frame body only. LED modules, power supplies, control systems, and display electronics are not included unless otherwise agreed.)
Custom Carbon Fiber Luggage
Our carbon fiber luggage combines real composite panels with a strong framed structure. The visible woven surface gives the suitcase a technical and premium appearance, while the surrounding frame protects the panel edges and supports the hardware.
The pictured model uses woven carbon fiber panels, a dark metal frame, reinforced corners, a telescopic handle and four spinner wheels. Its structure, dimensions and accessories can be adjusted for OEM and private-label projects.

Cuttlefish Carbon Fiber Speargun Barrel
Our cuttlefish carbon fiber speargun barrel combines a standard round carbon fiber tube with streamlined side wings. This profile creates the recognizable cuttlefish shape while keeping the front and rear connection areas compatible with the required speargun components.
An integrated rail runs along the top of the barrel to guide the spear shaft. The carbon fiber structure offers low weight, high stiffness and good resistance to the marine environment.

Round Carbon Fiber Speargun Barrel
ANT Composites manufactures round carbon fiber speargun barrels for spearfishing equipment, replacement barrels, and OEM speargun projects.
The barrel uses a continuous round carbon fiber tube as its main structure. Two low raised shoulders run along the top and form a shallow guide track for the spear shaft. This integrated design helps keep the shaft aligned without adding a separate external rail.
Standard and custom diameters, lengths, wall thicknesses, carbon finishes, and guide profiles are available.
