Custom Carbon Fiber Honeycomb Panels
A carbon fiber honeycomb panel consists of two thin carbon fiber face sheets bonded to a lightweight cellular core. The skins carry tensile and compressive loads, while the honeycomb core separates and stabilizes them against shear and buckling.
Increasing the distance between the two carbon fiber skins can greatly improve bending stiffness without adding the weight of a solid carbon fiber laminate. This makes honeycomb sandwich panels suitable for large surfaces, equipment platforms, machine structures and weight-sensitive assemblies.

Forged Carbon Fiber Sheet
A forged carbon fiber sheet is a composite panel made from chopped carbon fibers and resin. The fibers are placed in random directions and compressed into a solid sheet under controlled heat and pressure. This process creates the irregular, marbled pattern associated with forged carbon fiber. Unlike woven carbon fiber, it does not have a regular twill or plain weave pattern.
