Jacquard Carbon Fiber Fabric

Jacquard carbon fiber fabric is woven with a controlled pattern instead of a standard plain or twill structure. By changing how the warp and weft yarns cross, the fabric can form honeycomb, diamond, cube, chevron, and other visual patterns.

These patterns are woven into the material. They are not printed on the surface. After resin infusion and curing, the pattern becomes more visible through directional light and surface reflections.

ANT Carbon Fiber supplies jacquard carbon fiber cloth for decorative composite parts, automotive interiors, sports equipment, consumer products, furniture, and custom industrial components.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. What is jacquard carbon fiber fabric?

Jacquard carbon fiber fabric is woven with a controlled geometric or decorative pattern. Common designs include honeycomb, diamond, cube, and herringbone patterns.

    2. Is the pattern printed on the fabric?

No. The pattern is formed by the arrangement of the woven yarns. It is part of the fabric structure rather than a surface print.

    3. What jacquard patterns are available?

Standard options may include honeycomb, hexagon, diamond, cube, herringbone, X, and camouflage patterns. Custom patterns may be available for bulk orders.

    4. Is jacquard carbon fiber fabric suitable for structural parts?

It may be used in structural laminates, but performance depends on the fiber, weave, resin, laminate design, and manufacturing process. Testing is required for critical applications.

    5. What information is required for a quotation?

Please provide the pattern, tow size, weight, width, roll length, quantity, application, processing method, and delivery country.
