Pultruded Carbon Fiber Strip & Flat Bar

ANT Carbon Fiber manufactures pultruded carbon fiber strips using continuous carbon fibers and a controlled resin system. During production, the fibers are aligned in one direction, impregnated with resin and pulled through a heated die to create a consistent flat profile.

This continuous process gives the strip high strength and stiffness along its length. It also provides stable dimensions, smooth surfaces and reliable batch consistency.

Our carbon fiber strips are available in different widths, thicknesses and lengths. Thin profiles can be supplied in coils for easier storage, transportation and continuous processing. Straight-cut lengths are also available for assembly and structural applications.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. What is a pultruded carbon fiber strip?

A pultruded carbon fiber strip is a continuous flat CFRP profile made by pulling resin-impregnated carbon fibers through a heated die. Most fibers run along the strip length, providing high longitudinal strength and stiffness.

    2. Can carbon fiber strips be supplied in coils?

Yes. Thin pultruded carbon fiber strips can be supplied in coils. Coil availability and minimum coil diameter depend on the strip thickness, width and resin system.

    3. Can you manufacture custom widths and thicknesses?

Yes. We can manufacture custom strip dimensions based on order quantity, performance requirements and mold feasibility.

    4. Can pultruded carbon fiber strips be used for structural strengthening?

Yes. CFRP strips are commonly bonded to concrete, timber, masonry and other structures for strengthening. The adhesive, surface preparation and structural design must be selected for the specific project.

    5. What information is required for a quotation?

Please provide the strip width, thickness, length, quantity, application, delivery country and any mechanical or surface requirements.
