ANT COMPOSITES manufactures custom carbon fiber cross beams for CNC machines, laser cutting equipment, dispensing systems, industrial automation and precision motion platforms.
Our machine beams combine a closed multi-cell structure with application-specific carbon fiber reinforcement. Compared with conventional metal cross beams, an optimized CFRP design can reduce moving mass by more than 40% while maintaining the stiffness and dimensional stability required by high-speed equipment.

Double the acceleration while maintaining accuracy.
65% weight reduction for higher speed and lower maintenance.
Significant mass savings for improved dynamics and efficiency.
Our general positioning is more than 40% weight reduction compared with conventional metal beams. Actual results depend on the original beam and final CFRP design. Individual customer projects have achieved reductions above 64% and 76%.
The CFB-A17395-S2 reference configuration has supported a qualified 6G application. This does not mean every beam is automatically rated for 6G. Beam length, payload, connections and the complete machine must be evaluated.
Qualified beam designs can achieve straightness down to 0.01 mm/m. The achievable value depends on length, mounting surfaces and inspection requirements.
Selected 4.5-meter specifications are available, and production lengths above 7.5 meters can be evaluated for volume projects.
Yes. Surface machining, guide holes, positioning holes and insert installation can be discussed. Required flatness, straightness and parallelism must be stated on the drawing.
Send us the current drawing, material, weight and working conditions. We will review the technical feasibility and potential machine-level benefits.
ANT Carbon Fiber manufactures solid pultruded carbon fiber rods and custom profiles for industrial and structural applications.
During pultrusion, continuous carbon fibers are aligned along the length of the product, impregnated with resin and pulled through a heated forming die. The die controls the final shape and dimensions of the profile.
This continuous manufacturing process produces straight, lightweight rods with a consistent cross-section and strong longitudinal mechanical properties.
In addition to standard round carbon fiber rods, we can manufacture square, rectangular, oval, half-round and other custom solid profiles.
ANT Carbon Fiber manufactures pultruded carbon fiber strips using continuous carbon fibers and a controlled resin system. During production, the fibers are aligned in one direction, impregnated with resin and pulled through a heated die to create a consistent flat profile.
This continuous process gives the strip high strength and stiffness along its length. It also provides stable dimensions, smooth surfaces and reliable batch consistency.
Our carbon fiber strips are available in different widths, thicknesses and lengths. Thin profiles can be supplied in coils for easier storage, transportation and continuous processing. Straight-cut lengths are also available for assembly and structural applications.
We design and manufacture high-performance carbon fiber structural components for demanding industrial and engineering applications. Such as carbon fiber bicycle frame. Combining advanced composite materials with precision manufacturing, our solutions deliver superior strength, stiffness, and long-term durability.
